Our sucess is contingent on the candidates we source and how well they match the unique needs of our clients. Accordingly, during this phase, we meet with you to understand your business culture, objectives and overall goals. Together we will capture your specific needs and create a customized candidate profile. Once we have developed a profile and mutually agreed on an implementation strategy we move to the next phase.
Phase II. Targeted Search, Screening and Presentation
An extensive search including internal and external databases, industry and niche networking, job postings, job board sourcing, and trade shows is conducted to create our initial list of potential candidates. Only candidates that best meet your specific needs are given reference checks and scheduled for interviews to further explore qualifications and motivation. Once we narrow the field of potential candidates our recruitment managers prepare confidential candidate profiles to present to the designated member of your team for consideration.
Phase III. Meeting Coordination and Follow Up
Once you have selected a preferred list of candidates to be interviewed, we assist in the coordination of all interviews. After each interview, we coordinate consultation meetings with the candidate to obtain feedback and discuss interest level in an effort to further support your hiring process. After final decisions are made, we are available to assist you throughout the negotiation and closing process. We maintain contact with all candidates to facilitate or support the resignation process and to ensure they are prepared and motivated to bring value to your company.
